At Prime Watch Replica, we aim to ensure every customer is fully satisfied. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept returns beyond this window, our customer support team is always available to assist and resolve any issues with care and professionalism.

To qualify for a return, the watch must be unused and in its original condition. For your protection and ours, we recommend recording an unboxing video to assist in resolving any delivery-related concerns.

Refunds Policy

AAA and Superclone Grades: Refunds are eligible once the watch is returned to our facility. A $99 restocking fee applies for non-defective returns.

A Grade: Refunds are granted only in the case of manufacturing defects. Minor differences in appearance and feel from original watches are expected for this category.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

⚠️ Branded watch boxes purchased separately are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Exchange Guarantee

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact our support team to begin the exchange process.

Tip: No need to return the watch box if you are requesting an exchange this helps reduce your return shipping costs.

Clearance Items

Products purchased from our clearance section are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping details will be provided by our support team upon approval of your request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

For high-value items (such as Superclone watches), we recommend using a tracked shipping service or adding insurance for your return.
