
Lost or Seized Packages
We understand how important your order is, and we stand behind every shipment. In the rare event that your package is lost or seized in transit, Prime Watch Replica will cover the full cost of reshipping your order.
Please note: Customs-related seizures are exceptionally rare, especially in countries like the United States and United Kingdom. Certain regions such as Switzerland and its neighboring countries may occasionally experience stricter watch-related inspections. In such cases, we kindly request official proof of seizure before we proceed with a replacement.
Shipping Accuracy & Responsibility
To ensure smooth delivery, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are unable to offer free reshipment if the package fails to arrive due to an incorrect address.
If you need to adjust your delivery information after the order has shipped, please contact the carrier directly (e.g., DHL or EML) with your tracking number.
Additionally, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To help minimize fees, we label our shipments as low-value “Gifts” whenever possible.

Shipping Origin & Tracking
All orders are shipped from our central fulfillment hub in Hong Kong. Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you a tracking number by email and SMS so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.
In some countries, customs clearance may cause occasional delays beyond our control, but we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery.
